Mrs.Rakhi Bajoria, aged 42, is a qualified Company Secretary and has over 17 years of experience in the fields of Secretarial and legal functions. A commerce Graduate from Calcutta University, she also holds a Bachelor degree in Law (3 Year LLB) from M S Law College, Cuttack (Utkal University) and Masters in Business Law from National Law School of India University, Bangalore. She has experience in handling Company Law, SEBI Listing Agreement and FEMA matters. She was also an Independent Director for 10 years on the Board of Jai Balaji Industries Ltd, listed on BSE and NSE.
